Use this reference data to record learner fees. The different fees charged to a learner will probably require monitoring by the accounts department under different finance heads. These fees could include registration fees, course fees and examination fees.

If the ebs system is going to be used for producing invoicing schedules for the accounts department then the invoice schedule should include the account code. The finance department will probably require some input to this section of the system implementation.
